I live in Bayonne and have seen progress towards positive change since moving here (luxury apartment complexes, ferry, Costco, Military Ocean Terminal redevelopment, bike share, park improvements).

I want to get the thoughts of other investors on what I could or should be doing to progress and scale up.

Those tend to be path of progress buildings and where I've done the best in terms of appreciation. 

I imagine progressive, geico, State Farm etc will give you issues like this.

Once I paid my dues, things naturally progressed to where I got equal partnership, but you have to earn it. 

Long story short, I finally got a house under contract after two years of following bigger pockets and being interested in real estate so I am excited about my progress!

It would help my growth (and progress toward financial independence) to have his capital to play with but I want to be sure and make a deal that benefits everyone. 

However, the real estate game is progressing nicely.
