I stop, take a deep breath, regroup and prioritize things.  

After all, are we landlords really the benevolent people you describe as "providing housing," as if we consciously prioritize the service over the profit?

All tips and advice are welcome in my eyes, and any begginners (like myself) that would like to collaborate with me are welcome as well!

I'm very interested in collaborating with other like minded investors,  I've come in contact with a few in this area, but am always open to meeting and working with others as well.  

Networking and collaborating with experienced investors near you would be a good way to get started as well.

Not sure how the non-market place forums work as far as collaborating, my previous post got deleted because I didn't follow the rules.

This was definitely a great starting point to get my foot in the door.I'd love to keep in contact with all of you incase something comes up in the future that we could possibly collaborate on and complete some deals together.
