The company is Land Pros 365 and upon a quick google search I'm not finding a lot about this outfit.

this wont work on pretty much all levels  too much cash ripped out up front  relying on refinances that may or may not come .. appreciation which is not a guarantee  plus other than Chris here show me any other TK type out fit that has been in business for 15 years.. that's a LOOOONG time in this industry..
