One last tip, if you plan on purchasing additional distressed properties in the immediate area, spend the extra time and money to really build strong relationships with those you will come to rely on (eg. inspectors, constractors, etc.) b/c they will be your eyes and ears on the front line and will make or break you.

No offense but your stuff getting into junk / spam folders prob. has more to do with your copy then with the service.yes - some services can be better but once your in the world of AdWebber / iContact / Constant Contact etc....there isn't going to be much different.Need to tailer your content to get past the filters and you will still have some end up there.Those who want your info will add you to the non-spam list as well.

If I read Ramon's (Residential Real Estate Agent) post right, he's the buyer's agent, not the buyer, and it would have been Ramon who would have made out the offer and the form to cancel the transaction based upon the financing contingency, if there was one in the offer to begin with.No offense, Ramon, but for a "Residential Real Estate Agent" to ask such a question here on BP, well, you might consider another line of work.
