Based on my google maps street view that was updated six months ago, it appears numerous pickets are missing at random intervals.

There are numerous investing opportunities in Scottsdale including single family homes, condos, townhouses, as well as pockets of 2-4 unit multis in prime areas.

After listening (and continuing to listen) to numerous podcasts, and watching several webinars, I decided to upgrade to PRO membership. 

Also, I don't want to seem like I am piling on Joseph, but I want to make a comment on the "Top 20 law firm" thing - on numerous occasions,  I have taken a "Top 20" lawyer to school on simple securities matters.  

If you want to learn more about any of these terms (and you should), Google the term alongside "IRS" and you should get the IRS's documentation and explanations.
