Hi All,I will relocate to San Antonio this summer and want to find a great deal on a small multiplex, house hack and employ the BRRR method to generate some momentum. 

But as you start building momentum, you'll quickly have more to do than you'll be able to handle, especially if you're working a full-time job and have other life obligations.

However, if we gain some momentum I envision lining up guest speakers from different specialty areas (brokers, lenders, property managers, GCs, developers etc...) 

I know its enticing to have the opportunity to owner finance, but I bet if you were to offer 10 other sellers they would take it as well knowing you are paying way over its true value.Good luck and keep the momentum!

I'm a huge advocate of three things to gain serious momentum in this space: 1) Education 2) Networking and 3) Taking consistent action.  

It's about getting that momentum started, and building up speed.

Yet the winter coronavirus case spike sapped our economy of momentum and left millions of people on the unemployment rolls.

I chose this because i want to continue building momentum at a good pace.
