You misunderstand.

In short, I think you would be shortchanging your business relationships here and misunderstanding the people you're dealing with.

Many people misunderstand both.

This re-work cost seems like it should be eaten by the contractor, but contractors understand well the situation that homeowners are in here and can easily create a nuanced "pay for this knee-cap insurance or you might find your knee-caps busted up" scenario.I may be misunderstanding the situation with the electrician, but if this is the same contractor that didn't do it right the first time, then ^^ holds 

I think that was misunderstanding cause I've told that I'm maxed out as an income wise.

A lot of ratings absolutely have to do with guests misunderstanding (as I explained above) or guests just being Grade A jerks.

This does have some basis is fact but it is a gross misunderstanding of the rules.
