My RE instructor taught me the three D's of Real Estate.

For these forums I'll keep it soft: Keep it Simple Silly.This advice was given to us in A&P school but the instructor used stupid instead of silly.

Savvy people can see through the gamesmanship that they use and are just tired of it.To those who complain of posters here that are critical of gurus, perhaps you haven't spent thousands and thousands of dollars with one of them who didn't deliver -- the guy offering one on one training, but who has inexperienced instructors teaching it OR the guru offering phone support and calls, but who gives you a brief opportunity to talk to him, but never enough to be of any help.

"Best" meaning instructors, availability, pass rate, amazing staff, etc...I will be in the Las Vegas/Summerlin area and want to find a school not too far from there!

If you do decide to get your RE license, I would recommend getting the coure done through Shannon Aldrich at therealestateclass.com. she is a great instructor, I was very pleased with the way she tought the class.

My instructor stated finding a honest repair person is best. 

She's also the CE instructor for the other Judges so I do have a lot of confidence in what she tells me.

There are also several instructors who rent in the area.

As I mentioned one of the instructors would mix up the words a bit, but overall they did a good job of relaying the information.  

Having done it in the classroom in Texas and online for my Florida license I can attest to the value of the interaction with the instructor and other students.
