New in New Hampshire

Hey everyone,

My name is Nick Fournier. I guess you could say I'm a new investor here in New Hampshire. I've been reading, listening, watching, etc. to as many different sources on the subject as possible. I signed up for the Fortune Builders 3 day seminar and I'm fully aware that it is just a giant sales pitch but I've heard you can still get some solid information from attending so what the heck (no way I'm paying for the mastery program at $25k or whatever it is).

I have a background in sales and have always been very good at it. I also have a bit of a construction background having been a roofer and operating my own roofing business for several years. I've seen a lot of people recommend getting my RE license for MLS access and deal control etc. so I think that should probably be my next step.

Anyway my goals are to acquire income properties as well as Fix & Flips and I've been a bit obsessed with it for about a year now. I've recently discovered BP and  the podcast and cant stop reading/listening.

Any insight, guidance, words of wisdom would be greatly and graciously accepted especially from folks in my area. At this point I think networking and beginning to develop relationships with industry pros is key to starting and succeeding in this industry.

Thanks in advance for your time,

Nick

PS....I will be uploading a picture and going pro within a couple days! :)
