Just my experience anything that says "You Won" or get "$$$$ by doing (insert service here)" I toss in the garbage.

The gas insert is a MUCH better option if you plan on using it as a heat source.

But keep in mind that Hawaii is never considered a CF market and even having property here surprises people " how could you risk / afford / insert other word here buying property here now " is a common sentiment.
