I’m with Scotiabank and have started to inquire but they don’t know much

With that message, I'm also inquiring about how their business is doing and the outlook for the near future.  

I find that those who actually inquire are generally motivated and/or qualified.A virtual tour on your listing will help people make a decision sooner without the concern of going to a showing.

Had hundreds of calls/emails inquiring and wanting to see it (so many that I could only return about half of them).I ended up doing just two open houses for just one hour each....one on Friday evening and one on Saturday morning. 

The virtual showings aren't ideal as they have a lower conversion rate, but it's really the only way to get people to actually inquire about it because in-person showings have dropped considerably. 

I would inquire with some local property managers.

We inquired with our mortgage broker yesterday.
