That's big money to me.A PM can fix things immediately that a self manager gets to fuss over remotely, while their rents are in jeopardy:  Refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher repair, heating/air issues, rodent infestations, lock-outs, TV/internet, plumbing, septic, snake in the house, broken chair or table, tree fell over into the driveway, you name it.Everyone wants to say "Gee I'm saving all of my PM fee by managing myself." 

I recently had a mouse infestation inside a unit and they did a 6 week treatment of the unit, the adjoining basement added exterior bait boxes around the entire exterior, it’s an 8 unit, and blocked as many holes as they could find.

You had the problem inspected, so the inspector should have noted water intrusion, septic issues and pest infestation.

The house was **** roach infested and nasty.

My first BRRRR was a cat piss infested home.

In my apartment building I evicted a filthy resident that was infesting the entire building with rodents and odor.

CNN lists Duncanville, TX as the #1 most affordable housing market, when in fact, its downtown is a ghost town; and the city is notorious for its criminal infested neighborhoods, not to mention the 30 minute commute it takes to get to the nearest workplace.CNN's reporters seem to be giving out some very misleading information...

The neighborhood is crime infested and the crime will not be stopped any time soon. 

Re the roaches:  I used this stuff in the last one I cleaned out and went from "the floors are moving" to no evidence of infestation in just a few weeks.
