This has been a crazy year.It really started, I suppose, late last year with an incident seemingly unrelated to RE.

The cops were called and Unit 4 was was issued a 12 hour DC (be quiet or we will arrest you).I call Unit 4 and leave a message letting them know I heard about an incident and asked them to call me back.

The cement was ripped up and a new drain line laid without further incident.

She informed me that there had been an incident.

He is partially disabled and has not been an issue before this incident.

One of his assistants also called us back several days after the incident and told me that the lack of disclosure was their mistake, and that they should have in fact been handling the termination of the assignment.

Without looking for a pile-on, it sounds like there's been some recent less favorable opinions regarding National Real Estate Insurance Group, don't know if that was an isolated incident or two, or something bigger.

How have they been as tenants prior to this incident?
