The fact that Philadelphia is a so called "sanctuary city" for illegal immigrants may play a part in this terrible way of just letting anyone break-in and stay wherever they choose, without consequences to them and with no regards for the taxpaying property owners. that's really lopsided. it goes beyond tenant friendly state and it actually gives people a good reason to either not be a landlord here or just abandon ship altogether ...onward to another state, imo.Kudos,Mary

To keep you from traveling a bunch I would choose a turnkey company that has experienced in building and maintenance or in a city where someone that's would help me.It's kind of hard to say what the future holds but I would be reluctant if Donald Trump was elected President and put a wall up to restrict immigration I would be reluctant to advise you based on that moving to Texas would be good.
