This is all assuming new home builders go back to building homes (which they can’t do at today’s labor/supply prices if home prices drop.) and we stop having babies/mass immigration requiring millions more homes than we’re building.

The fact that Philadelphia is a so called "sanctuary city" for illegal immigrants may play a part in this terrible way of just letting anyone break-in and stay wherever they choose, without consequences to them and with no regards for the taxpaying property owners. that's really lopsided. it goes beyond tenant friendly state and it actually gives people a good reason to either not be a landlord here or just abandon ship altogether ...onward to another state, imo.Kudos,Mary

Immigration increases every year and Big companies are moving into the City, bringing jobs and employees.

I had decided to place some flyers for my owner financed houses at the large immigration attourney's office in my town.

They are in the aesthetically-challenged areas with mostly good people...but lower income... some immigrant populations, from Mexico.

I suspect that's why our gov't has encouraged immigration in the past few years. 

But little do they realize that as an immigrant I have the fire and drive than the average American lacks, other than good work ethic.

To keep you from traveling a bunch I would choose a turnkey company that has experienced in building and maintenance or in a city where someone that's would help me.It's kind of hard to say what the future holds but I would be reluctant if Donald Trump was elected President and put a wall up to restrict immigration I would be reluctant to advise you based on that moving to Texas would be good.
