@Michael Upshur we are keeping the existing configuration which is a large duplex in the garden and parlor levels and two 1BR/1BA units on both the 2nd and 3rd floors for a total of 5 units. 

I think it's icing on the cake if you invest together but I don't think it's necessary that they are interested in participating.

Therefore, you could have Section 8 apartments, strip clubs, tattoo parlors, etc. built next to affluent subdivisions.
