you would be amazing at how many people simply cannot ask for the order.. and will just ask the client  "what do you think"  two great lines I learned in the late 70s from RE pro's  think Glen Gary Glen Ross thats what I grew up in.NO is ok   let them think they are taking control your just validating it.
