How long does it take your cleaner to clean a 1, 2 or 3 bed home? 

It would be easier and cleaner to just open a new IRA account with Schwab (or similar) and transfer excess funds/cash flow from your SDIRA custodian to the new IRA.  

Get my cleaner in there and painter if necessary as well.

SIL does not make enough to pay the rent on her own and before this experiment in eldercare, was in a 1 bedroom apt (C+ nab).If SIL insists on staying there are going to be some months of non-payment and she was never the best house cleaner so she may will leave a mess if things don't go right.So if she were your tenant, how would you want this to go?

I'm sure everyone would be more appreciative of a cleaner forum regardless of whether it is possible or not

So you can reasonably see most of the unit.I have cleaners that see the entire interior of my units on about a quarterly basis.

He communicates with renters and cleaners but still feels overwhelmed bc of the amount of communication he gets from renters.

I feel like there might be a cleaner way to do this though to accomplish the same purpose.

Make a detailed list, provide the cleaner with that list, and check that list before they are paid (wet floor or not).
