Look elsewhere and find someone who charges for tax preparation only, once a year, and nothing else.Here's my analogy: you do not need a gym membership if you're only playing couple pick-up basketball games once a week.

I lift at the anytime off Lyndale in South Minneapolis, though I have gone to Los Campones and several other gyms in the area.

People want to acquire their rental housing on their mobile phones, use the app of their choice, and they want flexible or no lease terms, gym/pool/laundry on site, digital keys, digital communication, and want to be located close to job, shopping, and entertainment centers. 

I am building a hybrid apartment/hotel that will have short, medium, and long term guests/residents...located in the shopping and entertainment area with pool, gym, laundry, and outdoor courtyard and kitchen on site.

Going from a 3/2 to a 4/3 can push a property into another pricing tier and attract even more buyers who can use the extra bedroom for children, family members, or an office/gym etc.

Sure amenities like a pool and gym are nice in a complex but you're paying for it in your HOA fee.
