I had a great time back when yahoo would rank you if you added keywords for that term in your tags.

I am a newbie and I have to say NR comes with a really hefty price tag.

This will also show you what your competitors are using for their keywords and tags.

If you call people back some will claim they didn't call and others you will play phone tag with forever.

Obviously the President can't come on TV and tell us to stop going out for dinner and to stock up on beans & rice, but that seems to be what typical American's are missing in the message of its severity, especially considering the price tag.

Whether that's reading a book, taking a course, working with a real estate mentor, or simply tagging along with an investor you know that you know and respect.Learn all you can and drop as much time as you can into learning the ropes.You don't want to financially hang yourself.Good luck!
