I’m a firm believer in that before one masters any creative or wealth building strategy in real estate investing, they need to master three things; (1) real estate PRINCIPLES, (2) real estate LAW, (3) real estate FINANCE.  

Work at a bank or hard money firm that makes loans on the types of deals you are interested in.Real estate investing has lots of different facets within it, so getting specific will help you achieve your goals.

Properties in desirable areas or with substantial potential can attract even more investors.

As an investor, I firmly believe in keeping $5,000 to $8,000 in reserves for each property up to five or six properties.  

They need to know how to have difficult conversations, yet be firm when they need to be.The focus needs to be on delivering superior customer service, and to be able to work with the maintenance team.

It might also behoove you to hire the firm to help you navigate what you need and maximize every tax benefit out there.
