Does anyone have a document or notice that they have used before about reminding the tenant the end of the lease and stating that landlord/homeowner does not wish to continue or extend with a new lease?

The new measure would eliminate this exemption and extend regular rent control laws to all multi-family properties. 

You might want to say I'm extending a new lease for one year with no increase in rent, but you have to start paying your own utilities.

I’ve been able to extended the closing date to be 45 days and I can start advertising the empty units during this period.

I am looking to start investing full time and am looking to extend my education and networking with other investors in the Dallas area.  

The reason I extended this offer was because the current owner stated the tenants have never been late nor missed a rent payment in 6 years.

If they will your timeline for Refinance will extend to 12 months in most cases.
