New to BP Investor in Dallas

I purchased 7 single family rentals when the housing market went south in 2009- 2010.  I also attempted a flip which was very educational, but not very profitable.  I am looking to start investing full time and am looking to extend my education and networking with other investors in the Dallas area.  If anyone can point me in the right direction of some worthwhile local investment groups or meet ups that would be appreciated.
