He openly teaches and encourages his students to buy properties off the MLS at full price, using “Subject To”.

While I'd encourage anybody to invest in the Costa del Sol, I'd never suggest they could get the returns we're going to have, as that's simply not realistic.

Hopefully, with some patience and creativity you can convince/encourage them to do the right thing and meet you in the middle.
