And some of this newly found gentrification is going to get rolled back pronto when the next recession hits, based on the wet-behind-the-ears generation that's so enthusiastically embraced it.

I feel socially and economically charged to prepare an embracing housing market for those to come.

I used to live in Tampa and would definitely embrace the opportunity to invest in a cash flowing property in the area. 

Some embrace it for the extra return.. but they have the time to do so and the mind set or patience to work through them..

All too often you will run into residential realtors that are more concerned with their reputation among their real estate community and will not adequately embrace a investors business mentality.

What I am talking about is a mindset shift, of embracing doing what it takes to get what you want.Instead of "WHY would strangers trust me with their money" it becomes "HOW do I structure mutually-beneficial deals so others WANT to give me their money."
