Also with the market still being so hot offers being put in with site unseen, my client portal adds new listings atleast 1 day prior to hitting the public domains such as Zillow.

I use a business email (custom domain) through Google Workspace.  

And BP is no different just look at any thread that's 2 years old you won't hardly recognize the names because they are gone or they were contributors then but have faded away either they are making money in the industry and or are gone.If someone is successful with coach and is making money why would they be on BP  no reason  to. really other than maybe the market place and net work a little.. there is no earthshattering things taught on BP.. because real estate is totally in the public domain and it isn't that complicated to begin with... :)  And then even if they did post on BP everyone calls them idiots for spending the money etc etc. 

I also setup up a business gmail account for $5/month and added a domain for $12/year. 

to me its just a form of buying and we simply dont buy anything that can force appreciation or is already steeply discounted.. buying at market price simply is not anything we did or do.  Main

My partners want to purchase the domain ( we did this) create a website (did this) and get the LLC, what I feel is we should start trying to get the funds first before moving forward with anything.

I do mainly NV/CA that's my out-of-state specialty.

Or get a custom domain name, something like <FirstName>@<LastName>Properties.com?
