I find this opinion quite interesting, especially in light of this quote from the TAR (TN Association of Realtors) Digest website:"In Tennessee, real estate contracts are generally assignable unless the contract specifically states that it is not.

I was having difficulty finding the landlord-tenant laws in a digestible format, so thanks @Brit Foshee!

Do you know of any site or publication that breaks down the two acts into digestible formats?

I've been looking for the past year and it's difficult to digest someone selling a 3/3 for $650k when they purchased it in 2020 for $250k.  

Just read everything you can and you will find a ton of info for you to digest.

All of the biggerpockets books that I've read and much of the information that I've digested so far didn't really help me narrow down a particular area based on where I reside.

I don't recommend tying to digest all that in one 10 hour sitting!

Rentometer can't digest those differences.
