I think its a great diversification.and of course there are big companies that buy high Desert tax sale dirt and resell on contract people been doing that a hundred years its no big secret or anything technical to do.the main difference is competition is less and you don't deal with tenants..

I'm currently looking into a cosmetic flip there, but just have some general questions about the high desert area.Looks like the property will need a fresh coat of paint exterior and interior, fencing on a 10,000sqft property, and siding/trim replacement, and concrete patio.Any advice or input is much appreciated!
