I know what a good real estate agents have to go through that a customer does not see.

I spoke to @Chris Seveney just this morning and am grateful that someone who has a very busy life of a business owner would dedicate time to answering the many questions I had and discuss other concerns on my mind related to investing.

We are about a month away from having the dedicated parking spot finished (gated w/ keycode access).

The company that I've hired to do my direct mail does that very similar method with an envelope close to that size with a customized design on it.

And Name the property with a custom website like LasVegasFarmhouse.com or something - When people start to tag your property's backyard on IG, because it has it's own page that you put up a flyer in the unit to notify them. this is free marketing and word of mouth that will drive in new revenue. 

They had 3 customer service numbers none was available the day of the event.

This depends on the neighborhood, material/finishes, custom touches, new roof, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and ARV.

LOL I ran a profitable construction business for 3 years so I have project management experience.I have worked in the insurance industry in the past so I'm considering going that route.I want to really focus in Real Estate so I'm also considering getting my license so that way I can work in the same industry I'll be investing in.I also have over 12 years of customer service and banking experience. 

I also wanted to compare the 4 different example plans to each other and eventually develop a customized plan for myself.In doing so however I’m noticing that the numbers didn’t add up from Example Plan #1 $1 Million in Net Worth in Rental Properties.In the example there is a discrepancy in the numbers when moving from the end of year 3 to the end of year 4.

Nothing custom or anything special.
