My point was you can customize Quickbooks (or Quicken if you go that route) to track you personal stuff and rental property / business stuff.  

The customer doesn't care if you did everything right except you forgot the steering wheel.

And the only reason people are doing that is because the fear mongering the agents were starting, telling one customer to another and the train just keeps going. 

Differences include liability protection based on how they build their eQRP's for their customers as well as # of employees they can hire.

Let's look at MSA median incomes, because reality is when "investing" in a MSA Real Estate, well, revenue and profitability will be DIRECTLY dictated by your customer bases ability to pay, right.
