Anything you buy in the Columbus Ohio market is currently blow up in terms of appreciation growth so it's one of those markets you want to hold the real estate for the rest of your life.

If I invested 100K today, they are currently providing anywhere from 60 to 72% passive tax deductions due to cost segregation, depreciation, etc.

The picture they have on Zillow vs one of the several I have with the same view:I don't know who your current PMC is, but I had to switch from my initial one in Warren, MI as it was taking too long to get a renter placed.
