As we’re beginning to get a grasp on the scale of the challenges ahead we wanted to highlight a few areas of note and concern that is already influencing the local and national real estate market.

I think there’s some real synergy here, and we could come up with a solid plan to push these rural southeast projects forward.

Legal or not if you put the wrong tenants inn your property with out proper (VETTING) it's your fault and if your real estate agent agent puts in a bad tenant it's also your fault.

I agree, the podcasts have made a difference in my knowledge of real estate. 

If you are able to actively use the funds I would say start a real estate marketing company with it. 

We pride ourselves in keeping the forums positive, helpful, and focused on real estate (please, no politics, religion, etc.).

I’m currently working towards getting my real estate license with a focus on helping investors buy 2-3 properties a month.

This consideration may be worth it in terms of approaching local banks or credit unions with an understanding of real estate investment because they are generally flexible in offering loans compared to national lenders.
