I most definitely will keep saving, from what the news is saying, the Auckland market is slowly cooling down, however the prices are still rising, but no where near as quickly as it has been over the last 2 or so years.

Multifamily has been hot as of late, I've been told we could see a lowering to 75% LTV to try and cool off the market here soon.

Met a really cool guy from the Johnson City area this past meet who's also just getting started I the Johnson City area and has already been finding great opportunities in that area. 

don't know there is in many other states.. plus as stated no income tax.Oregon has no sales tax.. and that's cool when your buying high ticket items like a car for instance or a million dollar motor home.. or a 3 million dollar plane.. then it offsets nicely.

It may be cool to start off partnering with people to gain some knowledge and experience.
