Hello! My name is Erica and I have been on Bigger Pockets for a few weeks now and finally decided to post an introduction. I have been doing research on starting with Wholesaling with little to no money and I am having issues with getting started. Is there really a way to begin in this business with little to start with? Do i really need a mentor? Can i start wholesaling without a mentor right now?

Welcome to the group Erica. I'm in St Louis also. I'm looking more at buy and hold. If you haven't yet, I suggest you join at least one of the REIA's in the area. I'm a member of three.

I'm just starting out too.  Its a good way to meet fellow investors and just learn what's going on.
