I feel bad for mortgage underwriters that have to deny a780 FICO, 10 yrs on the job, 20% Down, and a 48% DTI.And Realtors.But I am in the seller financing business so there is opportunity too with this problematic underwriting climate.

In order of priority for insulating/sealing up a house, the doors and windows are first, roof insulation 2nd, walls 3rd and underfloor (in cold climates) is 4th.
