I think I am leaning towards an interest in Certified General Appraisal but I will probably have to look into Certified Residential Appraising if I can't find someone to work with in the first few months.I have discovered my interest in Real Estate investing (thus my membership on BP) and this led me to get into the business of Real Estate in the form of Appraising.

Especially now with all of these networking sites once you have a deal you can market it in so many ways such as here on BP in the marketplace, craigslist, connected investor, meetup, etc..

Misrepresenting driveway access is a fast ticket to getting sued by the buyer.In addition to the other good suggestions here, I'd suggest a certified letter / return receipt to the broker at that agency.

I purchased a vacant tax property, made repairs, then received redemption affidavit from taxpayer, certified mailed them improvement invoice within 10 days.
