Most people start out wholesaling which gives them quick cash and also boosts their self-confidence because they know the business actually works.

Moral of this story is to make sure you have proper and adequate (if not excess) insurance coverage, particularly when you have multiple properties (multiple possibilities of litigation).

It's pretty much for newbies who need a boost to making money in the real estate market.

I've expanded more into internet marketing as opposed to just LO referrals.LO's can't seem to grasp that their loan cycle just got about 3 months longer while we boost scores up.Otherwise, just kicking tail as usual.

I look at it as boosting the local economy by creating jobs...And you should never be afraid of competition.

Need some boost in the business by acquiring leads for people wanting to modify their loan.Regards,Tom
