@Maureen Campbell yes, I have a designer on my real estate team that also flips, she chose interior and exterior colors, granite, backsplash, flooring, all I had to do was purchase material and instruct GC on what goes where etc  she's a great resource for me

This would include all new cabinets with minimum 36” uppers, quartz counters, tiled backsplash that matches bathroom, and a looks expensive hood vent.

Examples of this might be caulking on baseboard, a scratch in the floor, tile on backsplash is crooked... 

A few Hampton Inns I've stayed at had slab granite tub surrounds, almost like the backsplash on a high-end kitchen..
