It's not my "dream" car, nor is it everybody's cup of tea, but it's perfect for what I need it to do.If you don't pick up materials or appliances on a regular basis, a car will probably be best, but if you're hands on, you'll probably need a truck or a van.

If you think for a second that if little Johnny or Susie from next door comes over to your rental property and bangs their head on the concrete because they tried to do a double somersault on a broken down trampoline they got off Craigslist aren't going try and sue you into the stone age then you best ask the Mad Hatter for another cup of tea because you are living in Wonderland.

We are not members of the 'Tea Party' so it's difficult to understand their logic,

If you would like to get together one day and have a cup of coffee or my case tea since I don't drink coffee that would be great.

That is what we did and it is doing very well and we didn't pay a ton for it either.I also use the Zinus Green Tea mattresses and they have been awesome.

Just not my cup of tea.
