There are no controls for the HVAC in the apartment, but we kept things at a reasonable temperature and never had any complaints.

Plus, reflective and lower the temperature in the units by 20 degrees.

The newer ductless units are much more efficient and most are rated down to about 5 degrees outdoor temperature while still producing about 60 percent of their maximum rated capacity.

I want to install one so I can adjust the temperature of my property as the temperature changes and to save on my very high electric bill.My wifey and I bought a google nest but we are not knowledgeable enough to install it as it requires technical wiring set up.

Once you throw in freezing temperatures and hurricanes, it only gets worse.
