Since it came from more than one person, I wanted to address it and spent 2 weeks cleaning it - disassembling the front door of the oven, cleaning the glass surface and putting it back, cleaning the oven rack, cleaning the stovetop with bleaching powder, soap, blade.

With a 12k sqft roof, I don't think I have anywhere near enough space to offset a significant part of the electric bill.On the surface project solar, estimates a cost of $600k to fully offset the $80k in electric bills which is a 7.5 cap, not bad and considering that the NOI of the building increases by $80k, at a 6.25 cap, the building would be worth $1.3m more.

Once down, carve the inside of the stump out with chainsaw, or cut deep square notches with a circular, and piece out with an axe.Or get two Home Depot guys and give them each a sharp axe, they'll have it out.All you need is to axe an inch below the surface, then cover with dirt.It will still be cheaper than a stump grinder service.
