I'm in the San fernando Valley near the Simi Valley border and wouldn't mind driving. 

I’m curious how other STR arbitrage investors in San Diego are doing?

Places like Mempihs, TN Little Rock, AR, DFW,HOU or SAN in TX and I'd also consider OKC/Tulsa OK as well.

I do my BRRRR and value adds in San Diego.
