It takes a while to reflect the change on your side of the portal, even though it is active on the search results. 

See if there is a website or portal you can start networking on. 

I upload all important documents to their portal so they always have access to them in case they misplace their physical copy.

You can also use the service as a tenant portal.

With BOA I heard that they have their portal setup. 

Buyers seem to do most of their "Home search" either on zillow or with an agent through the MLS portal.

I like the DTC area with the pool and jacuzzi amenities but I doubt I would find an affordable house there since they will probably cost around the $410,000+ or above, based on looking at a real estate agent's portal fairly recently.  

Ask them to explain their accounting experience specific to real estate operations.Ask to see sample quarterly reports.Ask how frequently they report and distribute.Do they have an online investor portal?
