If there are a lot of tenants searching for rentals that allow pets, it is best to cater to them with whatever limitations seem fair (pet age, breed restrictions, size, etc). 

The other piece of  advice is to find a mentor and join a community that caters to multifamilyGino

Hey everyone, I will be starting up my wholesaling business in the coming months and I was looking to hear about the hottest markets, specifically in the south suburbs of Chicago.I want to out find which areas investors are actively looking/buying in so I can cater to those markets. 

It depends if you want a large lot, weather, close to transportation, in walking distance to food and transportation, or don't mind driving. 

This shopping center is pretty much covered with all types of food uses, and even most types of medical are covered.

They left piles of trash and food on the floor, so I want to get trash removers and housecleaners in as soon as possible to reduce turnaround time between tenants. 

Not even the AQI or the "apartments" but the clothing and food is very expensive!
