I RE industry does not like Zillow,Trulia,Redfin because it empowers the buyers however I notice many successful Realtors are embracing those sites to generate more business.  

Also embrace working 7 days a week if thats what it takes.

Plenty of money to be made in this market.Just because our nation is experience a recession doesn't mean one has to embrace recessionary thinking.

I don't think there's any way to get started without making mistakes, so might as well embrace it!

So I have not fully embraced the following comments/questions but I believe in what they indicate. 

@Duy Nguyen I have attempted to start this off a few times and keep getting stumped on how to best PC answer and be accurate, and can't, so I am just gonna embrace the @Jerryll Noorden method of brute blunt force truth. 

If you're getting feedback that the backyard is too small, then you need to use that as a positive and embrace it.
