That, to me is not the integrity that they talk about in their videos.The problem I see is I haven't found a legitimate testimonial on a third party website that they don't have a financial interest in.

It also states that any security deposit refunds owed will be made payable to all parties on the lease agreement.One tenant has stopped contacting the roommates and us, and we are not sure they are planning to return.

In a “nutshell”What can work - partnerships where each person brings a different necessary asset (knowledge, experience, time, capital, credit) to the table, the responsibilities, rewards, and expectations are clearly spelled out, legal documents are created to head off disagreements, and the parties are compatible.What doesn’t work - partnerships formed by two or more inexperienced people looking for “comfort” rather than going it alone, and anything other than the above.

Do not pay 10k to a lawyer to set this up, if you want, you can set up the WY LLC for free on bizee.com but would also need a "Registered Agent" aka RA which is $25-$35 annually with 3rd party companies after the 1st yr free with Bizee.

ARV comps are easier to find on free sites than distressed comps since renovated homes usually go on all 3rd party websites (zillow included).
