If your leveraged to the gills, you can't afford that "education", it is how investors go belly-up AND before you say "nah, won't happen to me" know this, 100% of bankrupt investors I buy failed deals from ALL said the same thing, "I just didn't know what I was getting into, I mean, I thought I did, but, if things just worked out different, I coulda, it woulda", yeah, but it didn't.

@Patrick VolumI think you should find out what criteria lenders use to give mortgage loans before you quit your W-2.In my experience it is very difficult to get a mortgage without a W-2 and the factor that affects interest rates the most are credit score.So unless you have a portfolio that you can put up as collateral for a loan without a W-2 or a fat bank account.

If you see it our not, this kind of issue translates all the way to your roof, causes your doors to hang wonky and can cause your sewer drains not to run as designed if they run parallel to the sag and no longer have the slope they once had, or worse there is a "belly" in the run.This issue concerns me most and should be corrected first.
