Ashley Abramson the best option would be to try to renegotiate with them while it was still under contract and you got a higher than expected rehab estimate.Did you get more than one estimate?

Just want to show that I actually put a bit of thought into my numbers :)    Honestly construction and property management are aspects of our business that take up 50% of our staff (and @Ashley Mullin) time but produce little profit.
