My question: If I countersuit the fake property manager, may I ask for the reimbursement of the trip?

If you have to make another trip to do that, it's just more time spent doing something you would not have had to do.

While some over zealous or power tripping inspectors give them a bad reputation, we are all better off thanks to building/housing standards enforced by inspections.

Like a few hundred bucks for email marketing and twenty trips to brokerages with flyers kind of advertising.

My wife and I love taking trips up to Vancouver now and then.

YouTube and Google are your best friends when you get stuck.Painting and clean up are the easiest, followed by drywall and tiling (drywall requires a lot of patience due to having to use multiple coats of mud), and then comes plumbing and electrical.Get the right tools for the job - a good cordless drill and saw, trowels, paint brushes, etc. the extra few dollars will save you a lot in trips to the store and lost time.
