Testing out the different websites sounds like a great way to get a feel for how they operate.

I am currently in Astroflipping, which is a wholesaling platform and the website I use is flipfundllc.com, my mentor sends them out through email and it's only about 12 dollars. 

I'm surprised they were able to use that name for the website.

Then look up their website and start contacting them to see if they’re looking to expand.

I have found other websites that are also advocating the HELOC in the first lien position it's a way to pay down your mortgage in a much faster time and have the opportunity to invest in other real estate at the same time.  

I also look up the property on the county website to see if there were any permits pulled for the work recently done.
