We would never want to make a client feel as if we are scripted, heartless or looking out for ways to maximize our fee structure.

That's why I am here. first thing I learned in RE is I for sure dont know everything and very few folks do.. we are all learning even at 50 years of doing deals I learn new things every week.. thats why I am on BP you have also 50 states rules and laws are not nationwide so I like to know how each state works when it comes to transactional real estate and development.

We need everyone that is in this chat room and if we know anyone that has done business with growth equity and is in the same situation that we are in file a claim with the SEC

All I can say is no way we would be where we are today had we gone the out of state route. 

Currently, we are learning more about investing while we save enough capital for a down payment for our first rental property.

So while I have family nearby I want to minimize excess wear and tear because 1.

I think your correct though folks have to adjust to the new normal and the interest rates they are not coming down like folks hoped for I think we are in for a run of years were rates will be more like the 2000s  6 to 7% and Owner occ in the 5s with Maybe some high 4s. but by the time folks wait for that prices will rise in the better markets.

We are seeing now how people are pulling back saying they are going to coast for a while etc etc..
